EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Dr. Smith has earned his PhD and ThD. He completed the requisite residence Oxford as a member of the Oxford Round Table in Oxford England. He recited and subscribed as a faithful member to the Bodleian Declaration at the Bodleian Library University of Oxford.
In 1990, he was ordained a minister at the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW) organization. Eventually, he served as the senior pastor of the Greater Kingdom International in Terre Haute, Indiana, for 24 years. He has also served as the former commissioner in Calhoun County, Michigan. Presently, Dr. Smith is the Chief Executive Officer of Breno Enterprises in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is a lifetime member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). And Senior Pastor of Kingdom Builders Worldwide in the city of Battle Creek Michigan.

Dr. Smith is married to Nicole A. Smith and they have two children. BreAnna and Tino II.
Nicole, Ball State Alum, Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, currently lead teacher for Calhoun County community action Head Start.
BreAnna, Purdue University Alum, All American track and field Athlete, and currently NCAA Law Clerk in the Office of Legal Affairs will receive her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law on May 13, 2017
Tino II, A graduate from the prestige Fork Union Military Academy and now Student-Athletes at Savannah State University with a major in Mass Communications with the concentration of audio and video minor in political science. He is also in his 3rd year as the returning starting receiver for the Tigers.
